How are my items shipped?

It will be dispatched from our facility within 24 to 48 hours of your order.

Domestic shipping (CH): 1-3 days (free of charge)

International shipping: 7-21 days.

How can I track my order?

We will send your tracking information by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. Normally you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland.

We process orders between Monday and Monday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Please contact us if you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.
